Upgrading my review. They do an absolutely great job with their pickup and delivery laundry service and everything is clean and perfectly folded when returned. After a system glitch where my stuff was going to be delayed over the weekend the owner called to explain the issue and is making a special delivery so I don't have to go the whole weekend without my cleaned clothes. (Due to a massive sewage leak and my laundry room not being in use and just moving I don't know where most of my things are at this point. Hence the laundry service). Very thankful that with everything going on that my laundry is take care of.Posted on Google

We used Happy Laundry for pickup and delivery for the first time and overall the wash and fold quality was great — everything came back clean, fresh, and nicely done. Unfortunately, we received a delivery notification but our laundry was never actually delivered, and we had to drive to their location to pick it up ourselves. Since I’m 7 months pregnant and the main reason we paid for the service was to avoid lifting, that part was disappointing. That said, the staff was kind and the laundry itself was done really well. Hoping this was just a one-time mix-up because we’d love to continue using them.Posted on Google

I had never gotten anything dry cleaned before so I didn’t know where to go and Happy Laundry had some of highest reviews so I decided to check them out. Some of the things that make this company stand is their convenient pick up and drop off service as well as a up to date app that actually works where you can place orders and track your orders. I was able to easily navigate the app and checkout. They picked the dress up on Friday afternoon and I had it back Tuesday morning. They also have great prices, I paid around 31$, which included the dry cleaning service itself, pick up, drop off and tip which I think is amazing. They also provide a complementary laundry bag for your next use. I will absolutely be going back there and recommending Happy Laundry to anyone looking for the services they provide.Posted on Google

I easily got my account set up over the phone, I tracked my orders with the convenient app and got receipts emailed to me. I even received text messages when my laundry was picked up and delivered. The best part was how well everything was folded and organized when it came back! Towels and sheets were folded perfectly (better than I can fold a fitted sheet!), and my kid’ socks and undies came back in these cute little organized bundles with nothing lost. My entire experience with them from start to finish was so effortless. I was so impressed with the young lady that assisted me (whos name I still did not get). If you have ever accidentally washed and dried a load of clothes with a paint stick used on tires you may be able to match my level of panic. They were so quick and had the right chemicals on hand to remove the "permanent" product. I will never go anywhere else for specialty wash items. I had forgot to set my laundry out front before leaving for work and I received a phone call and text from the gentleman picking up that day, I told him I was at work and would be home in about an hour, he said he would be back to pick up then. Most other businesses would just leave you hanging, I appreciate that he called me and that he cam back. Laundry came back in 2 days (picked up Monday, returned on Wednesday) folded professionally, smelled great, and all my polo shirts were on hangers. The time and effort it saved me from having to drive across town to use an industrial sized laundromat to wash my oversized king sized comforters was well worth it! Jeff P6 February 2021I recently took two autographed jersey's into Happy Laundry that I acquired from an owner who smoked quite a bit. The jerseys had yellowed and smelled very badly. Sean and the crew at Happy Laundry huddled on how best to treat these jerseys to remove the stains, get rid of the smoke smelll all while maintaining the integrity of the autograph. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The jerseys look fantastic and the autograph is still intact. Their pricing is very reasonable. Joy Zickau5 February 2021Mostly positive but somewhat mixed feelings about this company. I've been using their delivery service for a few months now. The standard detergent they use smells awful, but they allow you to use your own detergent/softener/dryer sheets, so that was an easy fix. Over the months, I had a handful of items get damaged, and the last batch I did had several whites with stains on them. I took them in to the store and was helped by Math. He was AWESOME, and was very understanding of the issue. He gave me a huge discount and took the time to talk to me and work with me for a solution. He was super helpful, very professional and friendly. I've talked with Pam a few times and she is always very helpful and pleasant to work with as well. (I wish they would fold the towels in thirds instead of in half, but that's just a personal pet peeve. Better folded at all than in a heap on the floor!) Overall, the wonderful customer service I've received has outshone the few issues I've experienced, so I'll keep using their services!Posted on Google

I picked up my item the next day, instead of a week from last place I took it. The comforter was brought out to me and to my surprise it was in a plastic zipped bag with a handle. So for 14 days I was staying in a hotel and working 12- 13 hours a day I did not have time to wash my scrubs. Keith Horning29 January 2020I own a bar/restaurant in Mead. We had a father that was able to get full custody of his kids and had to completely start over with clothing, bedding and everything else. I set up a clothing drive through social media and networking and was able to get several donations. On top of all the donations Happy laundry volunteered to wash all the donations so they were good to go when the kids picked them up. It was very pleasant working with Happy Laundry during this process. All the employees were great to work with. The facilities were very clean and the clothes looked great when we got them back. They told me exactly when and how my clothes would be picked up and delivered. I told them where I'd like them to return it, and they were very happy to oblige. I was worried they may charge more for the service, especially when I only have one item for them to pick up the entire month, but its very competitive with all the other dry cleaners around.
